“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.”
Isaiah 26:3

We are praising the Lord for another busy month! We were in 16 different meetings across Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Virginia, and North Carolina. We even stayed in two campers, Lincoln milked a cow, and saw Abe Lincoln’s grave— A few firsts for us while on deputation :) We are praising the Lord for safety with all the travel. Even more, we praise Him for the opportunity He gave us to spend time with so many of you. We pray that through the preaching of His Word, you have a renewed burden for souls and service to Him. He is worthy! As of this month, we were at 65%! Praise the Lord, and thank you for supporting our family and for helping get the Gospel to South Africa.
The most exciting news for us this month, though, is that our son Lincoln got saved! For a while, he had been asking a lot of questions, but when we sat down to discuss salvation, we knew he was not ready. Coming home one night from church, he said very seriously, “Mom, I need you to show me how to be saved.” When we got to the hotel room, Holly and I purposely didn’t bring it up, but he did! He was ready! So we sat down and went through the Gospel very thoroughly, and why we need to be saved. He already knew, but this time he was ready and realized his need for a savior!! PRAISE THE LORD!!!
Another neat thing happened while at this very same meeting. Walking in the door, Pastor Goodman and I were just chatting and discovered that we were both called to preach at the same place—Sand Mountain Bible Camp!! He was from IN, I was from GA, and 43 years apart, the Lord was still using that little-known camp on the mountain! It was a good reminder that you never know how the Lord is working and you may never see the fruit of your labor, but we have to keep pressing on for Him!
On the African Front
In our last update, I asked you to pray for Pastor Lubabalo— His faith has been made sight. While we are sad, we can yet rejoice that he is now worshipping in heaven. I’m so thankful for the opportunity to have known Lubabalo and for how the Lord used him in my life to help see both the Gospel at work and the desperate need to get it to all the world!
Praises & Requests
A little time has passed, so now more than ever, please pray for Pastor Lubabalo’s family and church!
Please pray as we apply for our visas later this summer.
Oh, and another quick thing! We praise the Lord for how He has already worked out a house for us in South Africa!! The final details are in the works, but we are trusting Him!!

Thank you again for your continued and faithful prayers!
